The approach

Infrastructure is a system, not a shopping list.

Switches, cabling, access points and firewalls are usually bought separately and installed by whoever is cheapest that month. That is why so many offices have a network nobody can explain.

    We survey before we specify.

    A warehouse, a two-floor office and a medical suite need different answers. Walls, ceiling height, distances, device density and how people move through the space all change the design.

    Capacity worked out in advance.

    Drop count, PoE budget for cameras and access points, uplink capacity and room to grow — calculated before hardware is ordered rather than discovered on install day.

    The next person can understand it.

    Every drop labeled at both ends, the rack laid out logically, and documentation handed over on completion. It belongs to you, not to us.

    Not everything on one flat network.

Remediation

Most of this work starts with someone else's rack.

Nothing here was replaced. The same switches, the same runs, re-terminated onto patch panels and dressed so the next person can trace a cable without guessing.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Do you work on occupied offices or only new builds?
Both. Retrofitting a working office takes more planning and often out-of-hours work, but it is most of what we do. New construction is simply cheaper because the routes are still open.
Can you take over a network somebody else installed?
Yes. We start by documenting what is actually there, which frequently differs from what anyone believes. From there we can stabilise it, extend it, or plan a replacement in stages.
Will our internet stop working during the work?
We plan cutover around your schedule and keep disruption to defined windows. For anything that must interrupt service, you get the timing in advance rather than a surprise.
Do you install cameras as part of this?
The infrastructure they need, yes — cabling, PoE switching and the network segment. The surveillance system itself is covered under Security & Surveillance, and doing both together is usually why camera projects go smoothly.
Can you set up a backup internet connection?
Dual-WAN and ISP failover can be designed and configured where business continuity requirements justify it. It is not standard on every installation — it depends on what downtime actually costs you.
