This policy explains what happens to information you provide through this website. It covers the public website at irondss.com only. If you are an IronDome customer, information we hold under a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement rather than by this notice.

1 · Who operates this website

This website is operated by IronDome Secured Systems LLC, a Florida limited liability company trading as IronDome Secured Systems.

2 · What we collect, and how

We collect information in one way: you type it into the contact form, which appears in the footer of every page, and submit it. We ask for:

• Your name — required
• Your email address — required
• Your message — required, free text
• Your phone number — optional

When the form is submitted, your IP address is read and used only to limit repeated submissions from the same source. It is held in memory for a short period and is not written to any database or file by this website.

The form also contains one hidden field that is never shown to you. It exists to catch automated submissions and is not transmitted as information about you.

This website has no user accounts, no login or registration, no file uploads, no payment or checkout function and no newsletter signup. It does not ask you for anything else.

3 · Why we collect it

We use what you send us to:

• respond to your enquiry
• communicate with you about the services you asked about
• provide estimates or information you requested
• follow up regarding that enquiry
• protect the website against abuse and automated submissions
• maintain reasonable business records where applicable

4 · What happens to a submission

When you submit the form, your browser sends it to a small program running on our hosting provider's platform. That program checks the submission and passes it to our email provider, which delivers it to the IronDome mailbox. The website itself does not store your submission in any database or file, and the content of your message is not written to application logs.

5 · Service providers

Three providers are involved in operating this website. We do not sell personal information to them or to anyone else; they process information only so that the website and its contact form can function.

• Vercel — hosts the website and runs the contact-form program. As our host it receives the requests your browser makes, including your IP address, and keeps its own platform logs.
• Resend — delivers contact-form submissions to our mailbox as email, and therefore processes the name, email address, phone number and message you submit.
• Google Fonts — the typeface used on this site is loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Your browser requests it from Google directly, so Google may receive your IP address and browser information. This is the only third-party request any page on this site makes.

These providers handle information under their own privacy policies and retention practices, which we do not control and which may differ from ours.

6 · How long we keep it

Enquiries from people who do not become customers are retained for up to 12 months. After that they are deleted in line with our administrative practices, which are the responsibility of our Administrator.

We may keep information for longer where it is reasonably necessary to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, deal with a fraud or security matter, or establish or defend a legal claim.

This 12-month practice applies to the enquiry records IronDome holds. It does not govern how long our service providers retain data under their own policies.

7 · Cookies and tracking

As at the effective date of this policy, this website sets no cookies and uses no local storage, session storage or other browser storage. Our server sends no cookie to your browser.

As at that date we do not intentionally use advertising pixels, behavioural advertising trackers, analytics platforms or first-party tracking cookies on this website. The only script we run is a single first-party file that operates the navigation menu and the contact form.

This describes the website as it stands. If we adopt any of these technologies later, we will update this policy to say so.

8 · Marketing

Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to marketing. It does not add you to a newsletter, a mailing list or a promotional email campaign. We use the contact details you provide to respond to and follow up on your enquiry and the services you asked about.

9 · Sharing information

We do not sell personal information collected through this website. We share it only with the service providers listed in section 5 so that the website and its contact form can operate, and where we are required to do so by law or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

10 · Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection, and we use administrative and technical measures intended to protect the information we hold. No method of transmitting or storing information over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

11 · Children

This is a business technology-services website. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

12 · Your choices and requests

You may contact us at info@irondss.com to ask about personal information we maintain about you, or to request that we correct or delete it where appropriate. We will respond to reasonable requests. Please tell us enough for us to find the enquiry you are referring to.

13 · Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will publish the updated version on this website. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
