Technology should do more than keep the lights on.

Most IT companies stop at the infrastructure. We build the systems that run on top of it — the websites, workflows, dashboards and software your business actually operates through.

We build our own software — ForemanTek is running today.

The pattern we see

The spreadsheet that quietly became a system.

Nearly every growing company has one — a shared spreadsheet, a paper form, a WhatsApp thread doing a job it was never designed for. It works until it doesn't, and by then the whole team depends on it.

We replace those with something purpose-built. Usually smaller and cheaper than people expect, because we scope it to the actual bottleneck rather than to a feature wish-list.

What we build

Four kinds of work.

01

Websites & web applications

  • Business websites built for speed and search
  • Customer-facing web systems
  • Booking, request and intake flows
  • This site is our own work
02

Automation

  • Removing repetitive re-entry between systems
  • Extracting information from documents and forms
  • Routing work to the right person automatically
  • AI applied where it genuinely saves time
03

Dashboards & reporting

  • Operating numbers in one place
  • Pulled from the systems you already run
  • Updated without anyone rebuilding a spreadsheet
04

Custom business software

  • Internal applications built around your process
  • Job tracking, scheduling, approvals, inventory
  • Integrations between tools you already pay for
Built by IronDome

ForemanTek

A field-operations platform we designed, built and run — assignments and scheduling, crew tracking, quoting, invoicing and digital job reporting.

We built it because our own field work needed it. It is the clearest evidence that this is real capability rather than a service line on a page.

Websites

You are looking at one.

This site was designed and built by IronDome — the layout, the technical diagrams, the responsive behaviour and the code underneath. It is the most honest portfolio piece we have.

  1. 01
    Built, not assembled

Not a template with a logo dropped in.

Hand-built markup and styling, so the site is fast, works properly on every screen, and can be changed without fighting a page builder.

  2. 02
    Fast by construction

    Performance is a design decision.

Images sized and compressed for what the browser actually displays, minimal JavaScript, and no heavy libraries added for small visual effects.

  3. 03
    Accessible

Usable by keyboard and screen reader.

Semantic structure, visible focus states, labelled forms and respect for reduced-motion preferences — because a business website has to work for everyone.

  4. 04
    Connected

The website is part of the environment.

Because we also run the email, identity and hosting side, the website is not an island managed by a separate agency who cannot reach anything else.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Where do software projects usually start?
With the bottleneck, not the wish-list. We look at where time is actually lost — usually a manual step between two systems — and scope the smallest thing that removes it. That keeps first projects short and affordable.
Do we have to replace the software we already use?
Usually not. Most value comes from connecting what you already pay for so information stops being re-entered by hand. Replacement only makes sense when a tool is genuinely holding the business back.
How do you use AI?
As a tool inside a workflow — summarising, classifying, extracting information from documents, drafting. It is applied where it measurably saves time, not as the point of the project.
Can you build our website as well as manage our IT?
Yes, and that combination is the reason to do it here. The website, the domain, the email and the identity behind them are the same environment. One partner means no finger-pointing when something breaks between them.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. The application, the code and the documentation are yours. We will say so in writing before work starts.
