Manage
IT that simply works.
We take responsibility for the technology your team depends on every day — from devices and Microsoft 365 to monitoring, updates, support and vendor coordination. You get a team that already knows your environment.
Need IT help without full managed services?
The difference
Most IT problems are small — until nobody is watching.
A failed backup, an expiring certificate, a drive filling up, a patch that never installed. None of them look urgent on a Tuesday. All of them get expensive on a Friday afternoon.
-
01
Continuous visibility
We are already looking.
The environment is monitored through automated checks and alerts, so issues can surface before they become larger disruptions rather than arriving as a complaint from your team.
-
02
Intentional maintenance
Changes happen on purpose.
Updates and configuration changes run to a schedule we agree with you — not whenever a machine decides to restart itself mid-morning.
-
03
Documented environment
It is written down.
Devices, systems, accounts and vendors are documented and kept current, instead of living in one person's memory. That documentation is yours.
-
04
Accountability
Someone owns it.
One partner is responsible for the health of your technology environment. When something needs doing, there is no question whose job it is.

Monitoring
Automated checks on the systems that matter, with alerts routed to a person.
Maintenance
Scheduled updates, health checks and housekeeping across every layer.
Vendor coordination
We deal with the ISP, the software vendor and the warranty claim.
Support
One route for your staff, whatever the problem turns out to involve.
How it fits together
We manage the environment, not isolated tickets.
A laptop problem is rarely just a laptop problem. Because we manage the accounts, the devices, the cloud tenant and the network as one environment, we can see where an issue actually starts.
That is the difference between treating the symptom and understanding the cause.
Support model
How support actually works.
No response-time promises we have not agreed with you. Here is the mechanism instead.
Remote first
Most issues are resolved remotely, because that is the fastest route for the person who is stuck. We already hold the context, so nobody re-explains the environment each time.
On site when it matters
Hardware faults, cabling, installations and anything physical get someone on site. We cover Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.
Escalation
If an issue needs deeper expertise or a vendor's involvement, we escalate it and stay on it. You are not handed a case number and left to chase.
Documentation
What we find and what we change is written down, so whoever touches it next starts informed. That documentation belongs to you.
Continuity
Knowledge of your environment sits with the company, not one technician's memory, so support does not fall apart when somebody is away.
Security
Managed IT and security start in the same place.
A lot of what protects a business is simply good management done consistently — accounts closed when people leave, updates actually installed, access kept current, and backups you can rely on.
Managed IT covers those foundations. Where a business needs more — layered protection, security review, deeper monitoring, surveillance and physical access — that is where our Cybersecurity service goes further.
Another way to work with us
Not every business needs full managed IT.
Some companies have simpler environments, or an internal person who handles most things and occasionally needs a professional alongside them.
For those businesses we offer BOB Pass — reliable professional IT help, priced and scoped for occasional use rather than continuous management.
Getting started
How onboarding works.
Taking over an environment properly takes a few weeks, not an afternoon. Here is the sequence.
-
01
Assess
Understand the current environment and how your business actually runs on it.
-
02
Document
Establish visibility into devices, accounts, systems and vendors.
-
03
Stabilize
Address the immediate risks and the issues that keep recurring.
-
04
Manage
Begin ongoing support, monitoring and maintenance.
